Job Description

HR Operations Coordination – As the HR Admin, you will support day-to-day HR operations by maintaining workflow, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of all HR-related activities across the organization.

Employee Records Maintenance – You will handle the management and organization of employee files, updating data regularly, and ensuring that all records—both digital and physical—are accurate, secure, and compliant with internal standards and UAE regulations.

Recruitment and Candidate Support – This role includes assisting with job postings, arranging interviews, communicating with applicants, and supporting the recruitment cycle to ensure the company brings in skilled and reliable talent.

Office Administration Assistance – You will play a part in supporting general office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, handling document requests, and helping maintain a structured and efficient workplace environment.

Onboarding and HR Documentation – You will assist new joiners with onboarding procedures, prepare essential HR documents, and ensure all required employee forms, agreements, and internal paperwork are completed and filed correctly.

Employee Communication and Coordination – You will help respond to employee inquiries, guide staff regarding HR processes, and maintain clear communication between departments to promote smooth operations and a supportive work culture.
