Role Overview: The HR Admin (Fresher) will provide essential support to the HR team by assisting with administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start a career in human resources and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Recruitment and Onboarding Support: You will assist in posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with candidates. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, you will help ensure that employees have a smooth and welcoming introduction to the organization.

Employee Records and Documentation: Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases will be a key responsibility. You will handle documentation related to contracts, personal information, and other HR records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Administrative Tasks and Coordination: The HR Admin will assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating HR activities across departments. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Communication and Support: Acting as a point of contact for employees, you will respond to HR-related inquiries and provide assistance whenever required. Clear communication, patience, and a professional approach are essential to support staff effectively.

Learning and Professional Development: As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn about HR processes, policies, and best practices.
