Job Overview: LIFCO Group is actively seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter / HR Admin to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment practices in the UAE and experience managing multiple positions across different business functions. As part of a fast-growing FMCG trading company, you’ll play a critical role in identifying top talent and supporting HR operations to ensure smooth workforce planning and development.

Key Responsibilities: The HR Recruiter - Admin will be primarily responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various departments, ensuring a high-quality recruitment process. You will also coordinate interviews, follow up with hiring managers, and support onboarding processes. In addition, you will maintain accurate recruitment records, update HR databases, and participate in employer branding initiatives to attract the right talent.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a candidate who can work under pressure, multitask effectively, and manage tight deadlines. You must have prior experience recruiting for roles within the FMCG or trading industry in the UAE. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Work Environment: You will work closely with department heads and report directly to the HR Manager. The environment is dynamic and performance-driven, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement. Eligibility Requirements: Only candidates currently located in the UAE will be considered. We welcome applications from those on Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa, or with a notice period of 15 days or less. This role demands hands-on experience in the UAE job market and familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates should ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus. Previous exposure to HRMS systems and digital recruitment tools will give you an edge in this role.
