Job Description
Role Overview: Our client in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced HR Admin professional with a strong background in the Construction Industry within the GCC region. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR function.
Maintaining Employee Records: You will be responsible for meticulously maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring all personal and job-related data is accurate, confidential, and current.
Recruitment Process Support: You will assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting and posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and managing all candidate communications in a professional and timely manner.
Onboarding and Offboarding Management: You will play a key role in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. You will also manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and completing all related termination paperwork.
HR Documentation and Policy Management: You will be capable of preparing, maintaining, and organizing various HR documents, including employee handbooks, HR policies, standard operating procedures, and other relevant HR-related documentation.
Providing HR Team Administrative Support: You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and appointments, efficiently managing HR files and records, and processing HR-related correspondence and inquiries.
GCC Construction Industry Experience: Your prior experience working in HR Administration within the Construction Industry in any GCC country is essential for this role.
