About the Role:

We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our team in Dubai. This is a critical role for a professional with 2–6 years of UAE experience in HR and administrative functions. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Admin, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. Your primary duties will include managing appointment letters, employment contracts, leave records, training logs, and performance appraisals. You will also handle visa renewals, labor contracts, labor cards, health cards, and national ID processing for all employees. Additionally, you will monitor and verify employee attendance and overtime details, submitting monthly reports to the HR & QHSE Manager. Conducting and analyzing exit interviews to recommend improvements will also be part of your role.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2–6 years of UAE experience in HR or administrative roles. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You should have strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key attributes we are looking for.
