Preventive Maintenance Duties – This position carries out routine preventive maintenance on kitchen, mechanical, and housing equipment to minimize breakdowns and ensure uninterrupted operations. Scheduled inspections help maintain high safety and performance standards.

Electrical and Plumbing Assistance – The Housing Technician performs basic troubleshooting and repairs related to plumbing systems, electrical components, lighting fixtures, and power outlets. Attention to detail ensures that all repairs are completed safely and correctly.

Guestroom Equipment Maintenance – Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining guestroom items such as televisions, internet devices, locks, fixtures, and fittings. The technician ensures that all guest-facing equipment operates to luxury brand standards.

Painting and Surface Work – The role involves surface preparation, painting, drywall repairs, and general cosmetic maintenance. These duties ensure both interior and exterior areas remain visually appealing and well maintained.

System Monitoring and Communication – This position utilizes computer-based systems to manage air handler schedules and temperature adjustments. Clear communication with other shifts and departments ensures continuity of service and timely issue resolution.

Safety and Service Excellence – The Housing Technician strictly follows all safety protocols, including Lockout and Tagout procedures. A strong commitment to luxury service standards ensures guest needs are anticipated, addressed promptly, and resolved professionally.
