Job Overview: Mileo Hotels, a luxury brand launching on The Palm, is seeking passionate and guest-focused Housekeeping Supervisors & Coordinators to join its pre-opening team. Housekeeping Supervision: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will manage housekeeping staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure all work is carried out efficiently and professionally.

Coordination & Support: The Coordinator role will focus on ensuring smooth communication between housekeeping, front office, and other departments. You will manage schedules, handle inventory of cleaning supplies, update systems, and respond to urgent guest requests promptly. The role requires organizational skills and the ability to support both the team and management.

Guest Experience: At Mileo Hotels, the guest experience is our highest priority. You will play a vital role in ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for through the quality of housekeeping services.
