About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious 4/5-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain high cleanliness standards, and lead a team of room attendants while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public areas, and special projects

Train, mentor, and oversee room attendants to ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures

Conduct regular quality control inspections of guest rooms and public areas

Manage inventory control of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently

Maintain accurate records of room status, maintenance issues, and deep cleaning schedules

Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards

Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations

Monitor and optimize housekeeping procedures for maximum efficiency

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4/5-star hotel

Hotel School Diploma or relevant degree

Prior experience as a room attendant

Proven supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Strong knowledge of housekeeping protocols and quality control procedures

Proficient in inventory management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Hotel Apartment operations

Knowledge of Opera PMS and Know cross systems

Experience with luxury hotel brands or international hotel chains

Local candidates preferred
