Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai Marina. The ideal candidate will lead our housekeeping operations with excellence and maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Compensation Package

Competitive salary 

Annual bonus: Up to 15% of annual salary

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all housekeeping operations across the property

Lead, train, and develop a large team of housekeeping staff

Ensure exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the hotel

Manage department budgets, inventory, and supplies

Create and maintain staff schedules and rotations

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas

Implement and maintain quality control systems

Handle guest feedback and resolve any housekeeping-related issues

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Manage vendor relationships and contracts

Required Qualifications

Current or previous experience as Housekeeping Manager in UAE 5-star luxury hotels

Proven track record of leading large housekeeping teams

Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards

Excellence in guest service and problem resolution

Experience with budget management and cost control

Proficiency in hotel management software systems

Essential Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Superior attention to detail

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to work under pressure
