Role Overview – Emaar Properties is hiring a Hotel Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced hospitality executives with proven hotel management expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and managing all aspects of hotel operations within a luxury or upscale hospitality environment.

Overall Hotel Operations Management – You will oversee all hotel operations by managing front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, security, and all operational departments, ensuring seamless coordination, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences that reflect Emaar's hospitality standards and brand values.

Guest Experience and Service Excellence – You will champion guest experience and service excellence by establishing service standards, monitoring guest satisfaction, handling VIP arrivals and special requests, resolving guest complaints and escalations professionally, implementing service recovery strategies, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the hotel's commitment to luxury hospitality.

Team Leadership and Staff Management – You will lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team by recruiting and training department heads and staff, setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence, and ensuring all team members are aligned with hotel objectives and brand standards.

Financial Performance and P&L Management – You will manage the hotel's financial performance and P&L by overseeing budgets, monitoring revenue and profitability, controlling operational costs, analyzing financial statements, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring the hotel achieves financial targets while maintaining quality and service standards.

Revenue Management and Occupancy Optimization – You will drive revenue management and occupancy optimization by collaborating with revenue management teams, implementing pricing strategies, maximizing room revenue, optimizing occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate), managing distribution channels, and ensuring competitive positioning in the Dubai hospitality market.

Sales, Marketing, and Business Development – You will support sales, marketing, and business development by working with commercial teams on strategies, targeting corporate accounts and MICE business, building relationships with key clients and travel partners, and driving direct bookings and repeat business.

Food and Beverage Operations – You will oversee food and beverage operations by managing restaurants, bars, banqueting, and catering services, ensuring culinary excellence, maintaining F&B quality standards, optimizing F&B profitability, and delivering exceptional dining experiences that complement the overall hotel offering.

Quality Standards and Brand Compliance – You will ensure quality standards and brand compliance by implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting quality audits, maintaining adherence to Emaar hospitality standards (or The Address Hotels + Resorts standards), ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and upholding the hotel's luxury positioning.

Asset Management and Facilities Maintenance – You will oversee asset management and facilities maintenance by coordinating with engineering teams, ensuring property upkeep, managing maintenance schedules, overseeing renovations and refurbishments, and maintaining the hotel's physical assets to the highest standards.
