Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping professionals to join our client's prestigious hotel in the UAE. The ideal candidate will maintain exceptional cleanliness standards while ensuring guest satisfaction through attention to detail and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Room Maintenance
Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and corridors according to hotel standards
Make beds and change linens
Restock room supplies and amenities
Dust and vacuum all areas
Clean and sanitize bathrooms
Report maintenance issues
Handle guest requests promptly
Public Area Maintenance
Clean and maintain hotel public areas
Ensure lobby areas are presentable at all times
Maintain cleanliness of service areas
Support special cleaning projects
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of staff areas
Inventory & Supply Management
Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
Report supply shortages
Properly store and handle cleaning materials
Follow proper chemical handling procedures
Maintain equipment in good working condition
Quality Control
Perform quality checks on cleaned areas
Follow hotel cleanliness standards
Report damaged items or maintenance needs
Maintain cleaning checklist compliance
Participate in regular inspections
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years experience in hotel housekeeping
Previous experience in luxury hotels preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Understanding of safety and hygiene standards
Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
Ability to lift up to 15kg when required
