About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our hotel operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts

Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally

Supervise and coordinate all departments during the shift

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly

Monitor service and maintenance standards throughout the property

Manage emergency situations and security concerns

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations

Conduct regular inspections of public areas and facilities

Train and mentor team members

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a similar hotel environment

Strong background in hospitality operations

Excellent understanding of hotel management systems

Currently based in UAE with valid residency status

Available to start immediately

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong customer service orientation

Professional appearance and demeanor

Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
