About the Role

We are seeking experienced drivers with hospitality background to join our hotel transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional and courteous transportation services to our hotel guests while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Transport hotel guests to and from airports, tourist attractions, and other destinations

Assist guests with luggage handling and loading/unloading

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle checks

Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption

Follow all local traffic rules and safety regulations

Provide local area information and guidance to guests

Coordinate with the front desk and concierge teams

Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Required Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license

Proven experience as a driver in the hospitality industry

Clean driving record

Must be locally available in UAE

Excellent knowledge of UAE roads and routes

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Strong customer service orientation

Excellent time management

Professional appearance and attitude

Good communication abilities

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Knowledge of local attractions and destinations

Physical Requirements

Ability to assist with luggage handling

Capable of sitting for extended periods

Physical stamina for long working hours
