Job Description:

We are seeking a polished and professional Restaurant Hostess to join our award-winning hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service while managing the restaurant's front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor

Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements

Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth dining operations

Handle guest inquiries and special requests

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area

Monitor table turnover and waiting lists

Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly

Support special events and promotional activities

Ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures

Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Hostess in 4/5 star hotels

Currently residing in UAE

Fluent in English plus one additional language (Arabic, German, or Russian)

Strong computer skills and experience with reservation systems

Excellent grooming and presentation standards

Superior interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience in handling high-volume guest traffic
