Position Overview:
ERC International Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking a dynamic HORECA Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in the UAE and possess a valid driving license. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client's footprint in the hotel, restaurant, and café sector. Leveraging your network, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets, and report on market trends.
Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in sales in the HORECA sector.
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
