About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Homecare Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being while maintaining professional healthcare standards.

Key Requirements

Active Department of Health (DOH) License

Valid UAE nursing license

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments

Develop and implement personalized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor vital signs and patient condition

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers

Educate patients and family members about care requirements

Perform wound care and other medical procedures as needed

Respond to medical emergencies appropriately

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience

Active DOH License (mandatory)

Strong clinical skills and medical knowledge

Excellent patient assessment abilities

Valid UAE driving license preferred

Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Flexible scheduling may be required

Travel between patient locations

May involve evening and weekend work

On-call duties may be required
