Position Overview: As a Heavy Vehicle Driver at Engie Solutions Middle East, you will be responsible for operating company-assigned heavy vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and other items safely and efficiently across UAE project sites. This role demands high responsibility, strict adherence to road safety regulations, and a professional attitude toward time management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Your daily duties will include driving heavy trucks, flatbeds, or trailers, ensuring the safe loading and unloading of materials, maintaining regular vehicle inspections, and keeping accurate delivery logs. You will also coordinate with the logistics team to ensure all transport operations are completed according to project timelines and safety standards.

Safety Compliance: All drivers must strictly follow UAE traffic laws and company safety policies. You will be required to attend safety briefings, report any accidents or vehicle damage immediately, and participate in scheduled training to stay updated on road safety procedures and defensive driving techniques.

Vehicle Maintenance: In this role, you will perform routine checks on oil, tires, brakes, and other mechanical parts to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition. You will also liaise with the maintenance department for any required servicing or repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operational standards.

Documentation & Reporting: Accurate completion of delivery notes, trip logs, fuel consumption reports, and timesheets is essential. You will be expected to submit all required documentation on time and communicate any route changes, delays, or issues to your supervisor immediately.

Teamwork & Communication: You will work closely with warehouse teams, site engineers, and project managers to ensure materials are delivered to the right location at the right time. Strong communication skills and a cooperative mindset are key to maintaining smooth operations across different departments.
