VIA MEDICA, a leading healthcare recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, allied health, etc.) for various healthcare facilities in the UAE

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate outreach, interviewing, background checks, and offer negotiation

Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels

Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs and provide customized recruitment solutions

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly placed candidates

Maintain detailed records and reporting on all recruitment activities

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in an agency setting

Proven track record of successfully placing healthcare professionals in the UAE market

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both clients and candidates

Strong organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple roles

Familiarity with UAE employment laws and recruitment best practices

Fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic language skills are highly preferred

Availability to start immediately
