Job Description / Role:

Michael Page is seeking a highly experienced Head of Service Qualification and Delivery to manage the end-to-end processing of service requests and ensure the efficient delivery of services. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support: Assist in the development and implementation of the unit's strategy, objectives, policies, and operational plans.

Service Request Review: Assess service requests to determine their nature, scope, and unique requirements, while identifying potential implications.

Prioritization: Prioritize service requests based on urgency and alignment with organizational goals.

Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of service engagements, ensuring progress and compliance with established timelines and objectives.

Taxonomy Framework Maintenance: Support the review and upkeep of services, including maintaining the taxonomy framework.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Certifications: Professional certifications in project management, service delivery, or related areas.

Experience: Extensive experience in service delivery within complex organizational settings, such as a large holding group or shared services function. Proven expertise in service planning, qualification, and delivery oversight is essential.

Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills for effective service qualification and prioritization. Expertise in project management and service delivery methodologies is required.

Language: Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
