Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Secondary to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of our secondary school division. The ideal candidate will drive academic excellence and foster a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as Head of Secondary or similar leadership role

Strong educational leadership background

Valid teaching qualification

Immediate availability

Academic Leadership

Lead curriculum development and implementation

Monitor and enhance teaching quality

Drive student achievement and progress

Oversee assessment and reporting systems

Management

Supervise and develop teaching staff

Manage departmental budgets

Ensure compliance with educational standards

Lead school improvement initiatives

Community Engagement

Maintain positive parent relationships

Collaborate with school leadership team

Support student welfare and development
