Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Retail to lead and develop our retail operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong retail leadership experience and a track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement retail strategy to drive business growth and profitability

Lead and mentor store management teams across multiple locations

Optimize store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management

Analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions

Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all stores

Manage budgets and achieve financial targets

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in senior retail management

Strong leadership and team development abilities

Excellence in business planning and strategy execution

Track record of improving retail performance and profitability

Experience in merchandising and inventory management

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
