Michael Page is recruiting for a leading healthcare entity with multiple properties across the Western Region and Riyadh. They are seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee and optimize the management of their facilities.

Job Description:

As the Head of Property Management, you will lead the property management function, ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and utilization of multiple healthcare properties. You will be responsible for setting strategic goals, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing facility maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define goals, develop plans, regulations, and policies for the Property Management Section to align with organizational objectives.

Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis department to accurately budget, forecast finances, and report on property management activities.

Execution and Monitoring: Prepare and implement execution plans for strategic property management initiatives. Monitor progress and report on operational effectiveness.

Operational Oversight: Ensure safe, secure, and efficient operation of building systems, utilities, and infrastructure across all properties.

Maintenance Management: Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections to uphold building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Team Management: Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors involved in routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.

Optimization Initiatives: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, work orders, and service contracts to optimize equipment performance and extend asset life.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) is essential.

Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities to manage financial aspects and strategic planning.

Proven experience in property management, ideally within the healthcare sector or similar large-scale facilities.

Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and contractors, ensuring operational excellence.

Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
