Leadership Responsibilities:

The Head of Primary will guide pedagogical practices, mentor teaching staff, and implement innovative learning frameworks aligned with CBSE objectives. Your leadership will directly impact curriculum delivery, assessment methodologies, and holistic student development from Foundation Stage through Grade 5.

Operational Excellence:

This role demands comprehensive oversight of daily primary operations including timetable management, resource allocation, and parent engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with senior management to achieve academic targets while fostering an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Education with minimum 5 years’ UAE experience leading primary divisions in CBSE schools. Proven success in improving learning outcomes and obtaining outstanding inspection results is mandatory.

Regulatory Compliance:

Deep familiarity with CBSE bylaws, UAE Ministry of Education regulations, and DSIB inspection frameworks is essential. Your expertise will ensure full compliance while driving continuous improvement across all primary sections.
