About the Role:

Azizi Developments is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head of Master Planning & Infrastructure to join our Design & Engineering team. This is a leadership role for a professional with extensive experience in urban planning, infrastructure development, and project management. Key Responsibilities:

As the Head of Master Planning & Infrastructure, you will lead the strategic planning and development of large-scale real estate projects. Your primary duties will include overseeing master planning initiatives, designing infrastructure layouts, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. Additionally, you will manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in master planning and infrastructure development, preferably within the real estate sector, is required. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) will be an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive large-scale projects to completion. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to sustainability are key attributes we are looking for. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, GIS, or Revit will set you apart in this role.
