About the Role:

Woodlem Education seeks an accomplished Head of Inclusion to lead our special education needs (SEN) department across CBSE curriculum schools in Dubai and Ajman. This leadership position requires strategic vision to develop inclusive education frameworks that support diverse learning needs.

Strategic Leadership:

The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive inclusion policies aligned with CBSE guidelines and UAE inclusive education standards. Your expertise will drive faculty training programs, individualized education plans (IEPs), and resource allocation to ensure equitable learning opportunities.

Operational Responsibilities:

As department head, you will oversee SEN provision, coordinate multidisciplinary support teams, and monitor student progress through data-driven interventions. The role demands collaboration with teachers, parents, and external specialists to create nurturing learning environments.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must possess UAE experience in CBSE schools with proven leadership in inclusion departments. Qualified SEN specialists with postgraduate credentials in inclusive education or related fields will receive priority consideration.

Regulatory Compliance:

Thorough knowledge of UAE Federal Law No. 29/2006 regarding the rights of people with determination is essential. The position requires maintaining compliance documentation and liaising with regulatory bodies for accreditation purposes.
