About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to join our organization and lead our People & Culture initiatives. This senior position will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee development, and implementing innovative HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive People Strategy that supports business goals and promotes organizational growth

Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with company objectives

Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for HR initiatives

Learning & Development

Design and implement an innovative L&D strategy that supports employee growth and career progression

Create structured development programs for different organizational levels

Establish mentoring and coaching programs to support talent development

Track and measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives

Culture & Engagement

Foster a people-first culture that promotes employee engagement and wellbeing

Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace satisfaction

Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion programs

Develop and maintain a strong employer brand

Monitor and improve employee engagement through regular feedback and surveys

Talent Management

Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies

Develop succession planning frameworks

Implement and manage performance management systems

Design career progression pathways

Lead initiatives to identify and develop high-potential employees

Employee Relations

Provide strategic guidance on complex ER matters

Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations

Manage workplace investigations and conflict resolution

Maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels

Qualifications

Required Experience

10+ years of progressive HR experience

5+ years in a senior HR leadership role

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies

Experience in leading organizational change and culture transformation

Strong background in L&D and talent development

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Advanced HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent)

Master's degree preferred
