Role Overview

As the Head of Finance, you will have full ownership of the company's financial strategy and operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term financial health of the organization while supporting its growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals

- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

- Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

- Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and board of directors

- Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Oversee financial aspects of the manufacturing plant operations

- Drive profitability and sustainable growth through data-driven decision making

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus

- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CMA is highly advantageous

- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position

- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is essential

- Strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and risk management

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Outstanding leadership and communication abilities

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
