Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Department for Arts to provide educational leadership and manage our Arts curriculum in alignment with US standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of educators while fostering creativity and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the Arts department
• Develop and oversee implementation of US curriculum standards
• Supervise and mentor Arts faculty members
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic standards
• Collaborate with other department heads and school leadership
• Manage department resources and budget
• Lead curriculum development and enhancement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Arts Education or related field
• 5 years of teaching experience in Arts
• Demonstrated leadership experience in education
• Strong understanding of US curriculum standards
• Excellent communication and team management skills
