Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Curriculum and Learning Specialist to lead our educational program across our preschool branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the American curriculum while fostering an innovative and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement American curriculum framework across preschool branches

Lead curriculum development and ensure alignment with American educational standards

Mentor and train teaching staff on curriculum delivery and best practices

Develop and maintain assessment systems to monitor student progress

Create innovative learning experiences that promote child development

Establish and maintain quality standards across all educational programs

Collaborate with teachers to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement

Design professional development programs for educational staff

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven approaches

Partner with parents to ensure effective communication about curriculum and learning outcomes

Stay current with early childhood education trends and best practices

Lead curriculum review and updates based on student needs and educational research

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or related field

Extensive experience with American curriculum implementation

Proven track record in early childhood education leadership

Strong understanding of child development and early learning methodologies

Experience in curriculum design and development

Native English speaker preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications in American curriculum frameworks

Experience working in international schools

Knowledge of educational technology and digital learning tools

Understanding of Middle Eastern educational context

Additional language skills (Arabic is a plus)
