Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead coffee preparation operations

Create and innovate coffee menu offerings

Provide comprehensive training to barista team

Execute advanced coffee preparation techniques

Demonstrate expert knowledge of coffee roasting and brewing

Implement and maintain high-quality coffee standards

Conduct coffee roastery operations

Develop expertise in coffee fermentation methods

Oversee coffee sourcing and quality control

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of professional barista experience

Advanced knowledge of coffee roastery techniques

Expert understanding of multiple coffee types

Proven menu creation skills

Comprehensive training capabilities

Deep understanding of coffee fermentation processes

Technical Skills

Advanced brewing technique knowledge

Ability to train and mentor junior baristas

Understanding of global coffee trends

Proficiency in coffee preparation methods

Knowledge of equipment maintenance
