Burjeel Holdings, a leader in patient-centered healthcare, is looking for dynamic and personable Guest Service Executives to join our front-line support teams in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Core Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will assist with patient inquiries, guide them through check-in and check-out processes, and help them navigate the facility. This role requires patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to making every guest interaction a positive experience.

Patient Experience and Support

The position focuses on enhancing the overall patient experience. You will handle patient scheduling, registration, and follow-up appointments, ensuring all procedures are completed efficiently. The role also includes addressing patient feedback, escalating concerns when necessary, and continuously improving service delivery in line with organizational standards.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential in this role, as you’ll be dealing with people from diverse backgrounds. You must be able to clearly convey information, handle sensitive situations tactfully, and ensure patients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment

Healthcare environments are dynamic, and Guest Service Executives must be able to multitask and manage priorities efficiently. Whether it’s attending to walk-in patients, answering phone inquiries, or coordinating with clinical and administrative departments, your ability to remain organized and composed is key to success.

Team Collaboration and Coordination

This role involves working closely with nursing staff, physicians, administrative teams, and other departments to ensure streamlined communication and efficient patient flow. Collaboration is a major component of this position, and a team-oriented attitude is essential.

Preferred Skills and Experience

While prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a healthcare setting is advantageous, we are also open to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn. Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. A professional demeanor, polished appearance, and genuine passion for service are crucial.
