Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join the front office of a well-known hotel apartment in Dubai. This role involves direct guest interaction and is vital in creating positive first impressions.

Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, process reservations and payments, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest inquiries.

Guest Interaction: Provide accurate information about hotel services, resolve issues courteously, and go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.

System Knowledge: Operate the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS), maintain logs, process billing, and coordinate room status with housekeeping.

Communication: Work closely with other departments to deliver seamless service. Maintain professionalism in all guest and internal communications.

Preferred Profile: Female candidates from Asian or CIS nationalities currently in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
