Front Desk Operations
As the welcoming face of our property, you will handle all front desk responsibilities including guest check-ins/check-outs, room assignments, and key card management. Your ability to process reservations efficiently while maintaining impeccable service standards will set the tone for each guest's stay.
Guest Relations Excellence
You will serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and concierge services. Your intuitive service approach will anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly, and create memorable interactions that encourage repeat visits.
Opera System Proficiency
Candidates with Opera PMS experience will leverage this knowledge to manage room inventories, process payments, and generate daily reports. Training will be provided to ensure mastery of our property-specific Opera configurations and workflows.
Administrative Coordination
The role extends beyond guest interactions to include accurate record-keeping, cash handling procedures, and shift reporting. Your attention to detail will ensure seamless communication between front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Service Culture Ambassador
You will embody our property's service philosophy through polished presentation, positive attitude, and genuine care for guest comfort. Your ability to maintain composure during peak periods will contribute to smooth front office operations.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals with hospitality experience, preferably in front desk roles. The ideal candidate possesses:
