Introduction: As a Guest Service Agent at the Residence Inn by Marriott Sheikh Zayed Road, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in delivering memorable hospitality experiences. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and special requests while maintaining a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: In this position, you will manage front desk operations, assist guests with room assignments, respond to queries both in person and over the phone, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly. You will also process payments, handle reservations, and maintain accurate records to support smooth day-to-day hotel functioning.
Guest Interaction: A core part of your role will involve creating a positive and lasting impression on each guest. From greeting visitors with a genuine smile to resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism, your approach will help shape their overall experience and loyalty to the brand.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: You will be expected to handle unexpected situations with composure, whether it’s a sudden change in booking, a technical issue, or a guest request outside normal procedures. Your ability to think quickly and act decisively will ensure smooth operations and happy guests.
Collaboration with Team Members: You will work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure guest rooms and amenities are ready and that service is seamless. A collaborative spirit is essential to meet and exceed guest expectations.
