Al Khoory Hotels in Dubai is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our Front Office team. Key Responsibilities:
As the Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary duties will include handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and requests. You will also process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar front office role within the hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office is preferred. Immediate availability is a plus.
