About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Agents to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Doha. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with hotel experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable. Your warm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be key to providing outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing processes with precision.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the hotel’s standards.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality are a plus.
