About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and register guests according to hotel standards, promoting hotel services and facilities

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally in both English and Russian

Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring all billing information is accurate

Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the hotel management system

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled

Handle telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions professionally

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Assist guests with local information, directions, and recommendations

Support the concierge services when needed

Ensure lobby and reception areas are clean and presentable

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in hotel management software

Customer service-oriented mindset

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Professional appearance and demeanor

Desired Skills

Additional language skills are a plus

Knowledge of Dubai's tourism attractions and local culture

Experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
