About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our prestigious hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly

Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations using IDS software

Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled

Handle guest complaints with patience and professionalism

Maintain the front desk area in an organized and presentable manner

Support concierge services when needed

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and security procedures

Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken)

Proficiency in IDS software

Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards

Experience with payment processing and cash handling

Excellent problem-solving abilities
