About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests while managing check-in/check-out procedures and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and check-in guests in a warm, professional manner

Process guest check-outs efficiently and handle billing procedures

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

Manage room reservations and coordinate with housekeeping regarding room status

Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest correspondence

Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain guest records and update information in the property management system

Assist with concierge services when needed

Support loyalty program operations and guest recognition

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent in hotel front office operations

Must be currently located in UAE and available for immediate interview

Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Experience with property management systems (Opera PMS preferred)

Strong understanding of hotel front office procedures

Cash handling experience

Preferred Skills

Additional language skills

Experience in luxury or upscale hotels

Knowledge of local attractions and services

Experience with handling VIP guests

Familiarity with hospitality industry software
