Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and dynamic Arabic-speaking Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Emirates Grand Hotel Apartment. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner, providing a warm and memorable first impression

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently in both Arabic and English

Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately

Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly

Maintain updated records of guest preferences and special requirements

Process room reservations and handle booking modifications

Provide local information and assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, and tourism activities

Handle VIP guest arrangements and special requests

Maintain professional communication through email and phone

Support front office operations during peak hours

Required Qualifications

Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in luxury hotels or serviced apartments

Strong computer literacy including property management systems

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Knowledge of UAE culture and tourism landmarks

Working Hours

Full-time position with rotating shifts
