Position Overview:
Create lasting impressions by providing personalized service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome VIP guests and provide personalized check-in experience
Anticipate guest needs and coordinate special requests
Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of concerns
Maintain guest preference database and ensure personalized services
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requirements
Manage guest loyalty program operations
Process reservations and handle guest correspondence
Utilize OnQ PMS system for guest profile management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
2-3 years of guest relations experience in luxury hotels
Proven experience with OnQ PMS system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
General Requirements:
Legal right to work in UAE
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong computer literacy
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods
Experience with OnQ PMS system
