Ahalia Medical Group is seeking a Guest Relations Manager in Abu Dhabi who will redefine what exceptional patient care looks like. You'll be the person who ensures every patient – from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave – feels valued, heard, and cared for beyond just medical treatment.

Champion Patient-Centered Care Excellence

You'll lead the patient experience strategy across Ahalia Medical Group's facilities. This means designing service standards that go beyond clinical care, creating memorable patient journeys, eliminating pain points in the patient pathway, and building a culture where every team member – from reception to nursing – understands that healthcare is as much about human connection as medical expertise.

Oversee Guest Relations and Patient Services

You'll manage the entire guest relations function – front desk operations, patient registration, appointment scheduling, patient escort services, VIP patient coordination, and all touchpoints where patients interact with the hospital. Your team will be trained to handle every interaction with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

Handle Patient Complaints and Turn Critics Into Advocates

When patients or families are unhappy, you're the solution architect. You'll receive complaints, investigate issues thoroughly, coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to resolve problems, implement service recovery, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and transform negative experiences into opportunities to demonstrate Ahalia's commitment to excellence.

Build and Lead High-Performing Guest Relations Teams

You'll recruit, train, and develop guest relations officers, patient coordinators, and customer service representatives. You'll set performance standards, conduct regular training on hospitality skills and medical terminology, evaluate team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and build a team that represents Ahalia's values with every patient interaction.

Design and Implement Patient Journey Enhancements

You'll map the entire patient journey – from first contact through treatment to follow-up care. You'll identify friction points, design improvements, test solutions, implement changes, and continuously optimize the patient experience. Maybe it's streamlining check-in, improving wayfinding, enhancing discharge processes, or creating special services for elderly patients.

Manage VIP and International Patient Services

High-profile patients, diplomats, executives, and international medical tourists require white-glove service. You'll coordinate VIP patient arrangements, manage concierge services, arrange interpreters for international patients, coordinate airport transfers, handle special accommodation requests, and ensure premium patients receive exceptional personalized care.

Monitor Patient Satisfaction and Gather Feedback

You'll implement patient satisfaction measurement systems – surveys, feedback forms, online reviews, patient interviews. You'll analyze satisfaction scores, identify trends, spot recurring issues, benchmark against leading hospitals, present insights to leadership, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
