Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Guest Relations Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requirements and ensure seamless service delivery
Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed
Provide detailed information about facilities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions
Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Support concierge services including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and activity bookings
Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Additional language skills (Arabic is a plus)
Experience in luxury hospitality sector
Knowledge of local attractions and services in Abu Dhabi
Previous experience with property management systems
