Overview:

A prestigious hospitality organization is seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Manager to elevate customer service and deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

Guest Service Leadership

Oversee and manage the entire guest experience from initial contact to departure

Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

Create and maintain high standards of personalized service

Train and mentor team members in customer service excellence

Operational Management

Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure seamless guest interactions

Monitor and analyze guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics

Implement continuous improvement processes

Develop and maintain service protocols and standards

Strategic Planning

Design innovative guest engagement initiatives

Create personalized service approaches

Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations

Develop unique hospitality experiences that differentiate the brand

Professional Requirements:

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Proficiency in hospitality management software

Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous)

Technical Skills

Advanced customer service techniques

Performance measurement and analysis

Staff training and development

Conflict resolution

Digital communication platforms

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management

Demonstrated track record of exceptional guest satisfaction

UAE-based candidates preferred
