Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Account Manager - Consumer Industry to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This Internal Client Services (ICS) position supports the leadership team of key consumer industry accounts within the Middle East, with a primary focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role requires a passion for the consumer industry, including an understanding of the automotive, aviation, hospitality, and retail sectors, coupled with strong analytical reasoning and critical thinking.

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the pipeline of projects and initiatives related to the key accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of account growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Client Portal Management:

Manage activities on procurement portals related to RFPs, including questions, responses, and proposal submissions.

Coordinate with the account and project teams to ensure the timely submission of RFP packages.

Oversee client vendor portals, ensuring timely updates and resolving any issues.

Manage vendor registrations for new companies and maintain RFP trackers.

Pipeline Management & Analysis:

Manage pipeline updates on Jupiter and prepare regular analytical reports for leadership, summarizing project statuses, key milestones, and opportunities.

Maintain contact with procurement teams and key clients, producing and distributing weekly News Media reports, Win Notes, and Monthly Newsletters.

Support Account Labs and Global Meetings with content and logistic arrangements.

Leadership Capabilities:

Demonstrate commitment to personal learning and development, acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.

Focus on effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Understand the business's priorities and contribute to keeping performance on track.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Strong project management and analytical reporting skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency (advanced) in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize findings.

Confident communicator with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.

Experience working within a matrix and multicultural organization.
