Vgetter, a Dubai-based HR consultancy founded in 2015, is recruiting a Group Senior Accountant on behalf of a client in the healthcare sector. This is a role for a finance professional who understands that in a group environment, strong accounting practices are the backbone of operational stability.

This is a senior role for someone with at least five years of experience in accounting, ideally within the healthcare, trading, or multi-entity corporate sectors. You will manage the full accounting cycle for the group, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. You will prepare consolidated financial reports, manage month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations. You will also support audits, maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities, and provide financial insights to management. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a group structure.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You have strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations, and you are proficient in accounting software and MS Excel. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently while coordinating with teams across different entities. Experience in the healthcare sector will be a strong advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
