Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle HR functions across multiple sectors within the group company.
Manage recruitment processes for both white and blue-collar positions, especially in the construction industry.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, NaukriGulf, etc.
Maintain and manage HR databases.
Provide payroll advice and manage leaves and employee letters.
Conduct manpower planning and create job descriptions.
Oversee performance appraisals.
Facilitate the induction and orientation of new employees.
Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary procedures.
Develop and implement HR policies and onboarding processes.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR department of a group company handling multiple sectors or in recruitment within the construction industry.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws.
Experienced in managing employee engagement programs.
Skilled in sourcing candidates from various recruitment platforms.
Knowledgeable in database management and payroll processes.
Capable of handling manpower planning, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.
Adept at training and development initiatives.
