A leading Private Equity firm seeks an exceptional Group CFO to provide strategic financial leadership across a diverse portfolio of 15 companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership

Work closely with Executive Committee

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies

Oversee financial performance of portfolio companies

Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis

Portfolio Management

Monitor financial health of 15 portfolio companies

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and performance tracking

Identify optimization opportunities

Support investment decision-making processes

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure robust financial governance

Manage regulatory reporting and compliance

Develop and maintain financial control frameworks

Mitigate financial and operational risks

Strategic Planning

Lead financial planning and analysis

Develop investment strategy financial models

Support capital allocation decisions

Create comprehensive financial forecasts

Qualifications:

Minimum 20 years total financial experience

At least 10 years at Group CFO level

Extensive private equity financial management expertise

Strong strategic financial planning background

Advanced understanding of corporate financial structures
