Job Description / Role:

As a Ground Crew member at Keeta, you will play a crucial role in establishing and operating drone operations overseas from scratch. This position requires a proactive, adaptable individual with a strong technical background and the ability to manage various scenarios involving drone operations. Your responsibilities will include handling flight demonstrations, managing and maintaining electronic and electrical equipment, exploring commercial scenarios, conducting site surveys, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the success of operational tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Establishment and Operation of Drone Operations:

Participate in the initial setup and ongoing operation of overseas drone operations.

Develop and implement operational strategies and solutions.

Flight Demonstrations and Special Operational Situations:

Manage and execute various flight demonstrations.

Efficiently handle temporary and special operational scenarios, ensuring smooth execution.

Maintenance and Management:

Oversee the daily management and maintenance of electronic and electrical equipment.

Ensure all materials and equipment for overseas operations are in optimal condition.

Exploring Commercial Scenarios:

Conduct site surveys to explore potential commercial opportunities.

Gather and analyze business requirements and information.

Operational Solutions:

Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective operational solutions.

Work closely with the overseas business units to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

Experience in operating and managing electronic, electrical, or mechanical hardware and software equipment.

Proven ability to manage and maintain technical equipment.

Adaptability and Responsibility:

High level of responsibility and execution capability.

Willingness to accept outdoor work with varying levels of intensity.

Ability to adapt to different operational scenarios and requirements.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in both Chinese and English, enabling effective communication in a multilingual environment.

Driving Experience:

Possess some overseas driving experience, enhancing mobility and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous overseas work experience.

Experience in drone operations, providing a competitive edge in managing and executing drone-related tasks.

Salary:

AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
