Role Overview – Al Awwal Advertising & Publicity is hiring a Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in printing design and production for a full-time position in the UAE. This role is ideal for designers who can create print-ready artwork for banners, flex, stickers, brochures, signage, and various print materials while coordinating with printing and production teams to deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.

Print Design Creation – You will design artworks for banners, flex materials, stickers, brochures, signage, and various print materials that meet client requirements and brand standards. Your design work should be visually compelling, technically accurate for print production, and optimized for the specific printing processes and materials being used.

Print-Ready File Preparation – You will prepare print-ready files with proper technical specifications including CMYK color mode, bleed settings, crop marks, high resolution, and other printing requirements. Your technical expertise ensures files are production-ready, minimizing errors, reducing reprints, and enabling smooth printing workflows.

Production Coordination – You will coordinate with printing and production teams to ensure designs are executed correctly and delivered on time. This coordination involves communicating technical specifications, clarifying design intent, troubleshooting production issues, verifying proofs, and ensuring final printed products match design expectations.

Revisions and Urgent Jobs – You will handle revisions and urgent jobs efficiently, managing client feedback, making necessary adjustments quickly, prioritizing urgent requests, and delivering quality work under tight deadlines. Your ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality is essential in the fast-paced advertising environment.

Quality Control – You will review proofs and final products to ensure quality standards are met. Quality control involves checking color accuracy, verifying dimensions, inspecting print quality, identifying issues before mass production, and ensuring deliverables meet both client expectations and professional standards.

Client Communication – You will communicate with clients to understand design requirements, present concepts, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with final deliverables. Effective client communication builds trust, clarifies expectations, and leads to successful project outcomes.

Adobe Software Proficiency – Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is mandatory. You must be skilled at using these industry-standard tools to create designs, prepare layouts, manipulate images, work with typography, and produce print-ready files that meet professional specifications.

Communication Skills – Good communication skills are important for coordinating with production teams, understanding client requirements, presenting designs, and ensuring smooth workflow across design, client approval, and production phases.
